How to receive emails from approved senders only
Q: I have a mailbox that I only want to receive mail from senders I've approved. How do I do this.
A: You can set Mail Snoop Pro to monitor a mailbox and delete any emails from senders not on your Friends list. To do this proceed as follows:
- RIght click on the mailbox name in the mailbox window and select "Mailbox Properties"
- On the User Information page Select the option "Only accept mail from Friends"
- Click OK to apply the change.
Don't forget to make sure you have added your known senders into the Friends Filter list.
